A new mentoring program beginning in March aims to help women think big and reach new professional heights. The 11-month program includes three in-person “intensive weekend” sessions in Port Washington and Guilford, Connecticut and includes an additional virtual program.
The program is called “Your True Nature,” and is run by Melissa Palazzo-Hart and Lorna Davis. Palazzo-Hart brings c-suite expertise she garnered working in entertainment and media for brands and campaigns that were recognized with Emmy Awards, Cannes Lion
Awards, Telly Awards, Game Marketing Awards and more. Davis brings her wealth of knowledge in leadership and consumer goods, having served as president of Danone, Kraft and Mondelez.
The program looks to infuse the understanding of the principles behind performance, impact and fulfillment to business. It also aims to help people tap into their freedom of mind, powerfully connect with clients, access more wisdom and creativity all in the name of business growth
The program includes 18 group coaching “mastermind” virtual sessions, held every other Friday, as well as insight sessions with guest speakers.
