Baptist North Y Healthy Living Center announces and introduces their new Coordinator and Wellness Coach at the Baptist North Y Healthy Living Center, Mr. Keith Brown.
Keith Brown is a Jacksonville native and graduated from Edward Waters University with a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education/Recreation and earned his Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Promotion from Liberty University. “The completion of my master’s degree allowed me to become a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES ), through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. I have been a part of Baptist Health’s Ambulatory Services department as a wellness coach and health screener for five years,” said Brown.
Brown’s wellness principle is to maintain a balance between dietary, physical activity, and lifestyle habits; hence, as a health professional and strive to inspire sustainable well-being.
Brown’s hobbies include bird watching, PlayStation Madden football and jogging.
