    All 132 onboard China Eastern plane dead: Report

    All 132 passengers and crew on a China Eastern plane that crashed this week died, Hu Zhenjiang, deputy director of the Civil Aviation Administration of China was quoted as saying by Chinese state media on Saturday.

    A search and rescue team has identified the DNA of 120 of the victims from the crash site, Hu told a press briefing, reported Reuters.

Modi govt extends scheme providing free food grain to poor by six months

Day before international flight operations resume, AAI reworks Covid-19 guidelines

The government banned international flights on March 23, 2020 as a step to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic. The ban that was initially imposed for two weeks was extended many times since then. However, flights were being operated under bilateral air bubble agreements between India and 35 countries.
